BCJ090－Ⅰ鉛筆高速刨槽機(jī)是制筆設(shè)備中刨削鉛芯槽的專用設(shè)備。機(jī)身所有鑄件采用高級(jí)樹脂砂造型，經(jīng)退火時(shí)效處理后，整機(jī)穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)，永久不變形。機(jī)身主要部位材料全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼，以確保設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的穩(wěn)定。設(shè)備具有整體外觀新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、配置靈活、操作簡(jiǎn)單、調(diào)整維修方便等特點(diǎn)。刨刀軸組件采用NSK日本進(jìn)口P4級(jí)軸承，刀軸兼顧高剛性與最佳動(dòng)態(tài)平衡設(shè)計(jì)，達(dá)到在高轉(zhuǎn)速加工的需求下刀軸仍保有“旋轉(zhuǎn)精度高，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)震動(dòng)小，旋轉(zhuǎn)噪音小”的性能。刀軸可配用片刀、小圓刀、瓦片刀。
The BCJ090－I high-speed grooving machine is a special equipment to groove for pencil lead among the pencil-making instruments. We adopt high-class resin sand to make all castings of the machinery, which are stable and indeformable forever after annealing and ageing treatment. All the materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. The printer has novel appearance, compact and flexible configuration, and is easily operated, adjusted, fixed. Bearings of cutters are the NSK level p4 imported from Japan, and the arbors are highly rigid and well balanced so that it can exquisitely run with little vibration and low noise at even high speed. The arbors can be with fillet knife, circular knife, and tiles knife.
