－11A鉛筆裝橡皮頭機是把圓形、六角形桿形的鉛筆在鉛筆的一端裝上鋁箍和皮頭的專用設備。如生產非標準桿形鉛筆需更換相對應的筆斗內部部件、傳動螺桿、打針部位鋼嘴等。機身所有鑄件采用高級樹脂砂造型，經退火時效處理后，整機穩定性強，永久不變形。機身主要部位材料采用優質碳鋼，以確保設備運轉的穩定。皮頭采用304不銹鋼板制作，既保證了皮頭的干凈又能有效地延長振蕩盤的使用壽命。

The QB4-11A Pencil Eraser Installer is a special device for installing aluminum hoops and erasers on one end of round or hexagonal pencils. If you need produce the other shapes of pencils, just change corresponding inner parts of its hopper, transmitting screws, steel mouth of stitch parts and so on. We adopt high-class resin sand to make all castings of the machinery, which are stable and indeformable forever after annealing and ageing treatment. All materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. The vibrating salver is made of stainless steel 304, which not only keeps eraser installer clean but also prolong lifespan of vibrating salver effectively.
