DY003系列高速三面打印機是一種通用性強，效率高，可靠性好的新一代鉛筆打印設備（已申請專利）。主要用于打印各種六角、三角等不同形狀的鉛筆，也可用于打印圓桿鉛筆（不同的桿型只需更換相對應的底板）。設備機身主要部位材料全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼，以確保設備運轉(zhuǎn)的穩(wěn)定性。該設備具有外觀新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、配置靈活、操作簡單、調(diào)整維修方便等特點。因所有傳動部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)軸承，故整臺設備在生產(chǎn)中無需添加潤滑油（要求定期更換的除外），是鉛筆制造商在鉛筆制造過程中鉛筆商標打印的首選專用設備。該設備采用變頻無級變速，客戶可根據(jù)不同的要求選取所需的進給速度。 |
The DY003 high-speed tri-sided printers is a new generation of pencil printing device (patented) which is used generally, efficiently, reliably. The printer is mainly used to print trademarks on triangular and hexagonal pencils or other shapes, as well as round pencils (for different shapes of shaft, only replacement of the corresponding baseboard is needed). All materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. The printer has novel appearance, compact and flexible configuration, and it is easily operated, adjusted, fixed. Because of quality bearing as transmitting parts, no lubricant is needed by the device during production (except regular replacement), it is the first choice for pencil manufactures to print their brands. As a result of use of variable stepless speed, feeding speed can be chosen according to the actual need of customers. |
